The Premium Chauffeur is committed to WCAG 2.1 AA aligned website accessibility and to accommodating passengers with mobility or medical needs.
Our commitment
We design and maintain thepremiumchauffeur.com to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That includes semantic headings, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-operable menus, visible focus states, image alt text and safe-area padding on mobile devices.
In-vehicle accommodation
Passengers with mobility, sensory or medical needs are welcome. Please note any accommodations at booking so we assign a vehicle and chauffeur suited to the request, for example a Chevrolet Suburban LT or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with easier entry, extra space for medical equipment or room for a folded mobility device.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If any part of the website or ride experience is difficult to use, email blackchauffeurlimo@gmail.com with the page URL, the device and browser you were using, and a short description. We aim to respond within two business days.
