Information we collect
We collect the details you provide when you request a quote, book a ride, create a corporate account, contact us or subscribe to updates. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, flight information, passenger count, vehicle preference and payment details.
Our website also records limited technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, referring page and pages viewed. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand demand for specific service areas and to improve navigation.
How we use client information
Reservation, dispatch, chauffeur coordination, flight tracking, invoicing and account management. We only share personal data with the affiliates required to complete the trip you booked (for example, an out-of-area affiliate for a farm-out).
We do not sell client information. Aggregated, de-identified usage data may be reviewed to plan fleet capacity or expand into new service areas.
Data retention and your choices
Trip records and invoices are retained for the period required by California business, tax and California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) recordkeeping rules. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.
