Consent and message types
By providing a mobile number on a quote request, reservation, or corporate account form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your ride. Message types include reservation confirmations, chauffeur on the way, chauffeur on location, flight tracking updates, and receipts.
We do not send promotional or marketing SMS unless you separately opt in.
Frequency, carrier charges and privacy
Message frequency depends on your ride activity. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Your mobile number is used only for ride communication and is not sold or shared with third-party marketers.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of transactional messages tied to a specific ride, or reply HELP for support. You may also email blackchauffeurlimo@gmail.com to remove your number from all SMS communication.
