Transportation Terms and Conditions
Reservation, payment, chauffeur conduct, wait time, gratuity and liability terms for chauffeur, limousine, luxury SUV and Sprinter van service.
Reservations and confirmations
All rides are confirmed by email or SMS with the vehicle class, pickup time, pickup address and estimated fare. Any change to the route, passenger count or vehicle class may adjust the confirmed fare.
The client is responsible for providing correct flight numbers, terminal information and mobile contact so the chauffeur can meet the party on arrival.
Fares, wait time and gratuity
Point-to-point, hourly and airport transfer fares are quoted in advance and include base fare, standard meet-and-greet where applicable, tolls and estimated fuel. Wait time beyond the complimentary grace period is billed in fifteen minute increments at the vehicle's posted hourly rate.
A gratuity for the chauffeur is added to the final invoice unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Chauffeur, vehicle and passenger conduct
Every chauffeur is a fully vetted, uniformed W-2 driver operating under CA PUC TCP #46320-B. The chauffeur may decline to transport passengers who are visibly intoxicated to the point of safety concern, threatening, or exceeding the seatbelted capacity of the vehicle.
Damage or excessive cleaning caused by a passenger (spills, sickness, staining) will be invoiced at the actual cost of remediation.
