Driver Instructions for First-Time Riders

Follow these exact pickup steps at San Francisco International (SFO). Keep this page handy, or print it before you fly.

For domestic flights at Terminal 1, Terminal 2, or Terminal 3, collect your luggage and exit to the arrivals curb. Text or call dispatch with your terminal number and the door number where you are standing.
Your chauffeur will pick you up within 7 to 10 minutes and share his or her location with you.
For international arrivals, as soon as you are outside the gate from customs, exit the gate and cross the street to the Limousine Stand. It is not more than 20 or 25 steps away, and your chauffeur will meet you at the limousine stand.
We track your flight in real time, so early or delayed arrivals are adjusted automatically at no extra charge for the first 45 minutes.
If you do not see your chauffeur, call or text dispatch and we will share the vehicle's exact location with you.
