Terminal-by-terminal

Terminal-Specific Pickup Steps for SFO, SJC and OAK

Every airport handles arrivals a little differently. Below is exactly where to go and how your chauffeur meets you at each Bay Area terminal. Text your chauffeur once you have collected your bags — dispatch tracks your flight, but a quick message keeps the pickup on rhythm.

SFO notice · August 2026

Under SFO's August 4, 2026 GTMS notice, International Terminal limousine pickups moved from the former Center Island area to the white-striped curbside limousine section effective August 18–19, 2026. After customs and baggage claim, exit through Door 2 or Door 3 on the A or G side, then call or text us with your exact side and door. Your chauffeur enters the curb only when you are outside and ready to board; the curb remains an active-loading area, not a waiting location.

  1. Arriving on a domestic flight in a sedan or SUV? Collect your bags first, continue to the arrivals level, and call or text us with the terminal and door number where you are standing. Once you and your luggage are outside, your chauffeur will pull forward to that curb. SFO allows active loading there, not parked waiting.
  2. After an international arrival, clear customs and take all your luggage outside through Door 2 or Door 3 on either the A side or G side. Use the white-striped limousine section at curbside; the former International Terminal Center Island limousine zone is no longer the pickup point. Tell us your side and door once everyone is outside. Your sedan or SUV is called forward only when your full party is ready, since the vehicle may stop long enough to load but may not remain curbside.
  3. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter pickups use SFO's bus courtyards: Courtyard A or G at the International Terminal, according to your arrival side; Courtyard 1 at Terminal 1; and Courtyard 3 for Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Airport staff may move a Terminal 3 pickup to Courtyard 4. Please gather everyone and every bag at the confirmed courtyard before we call the Sprinter forward, because it cannot stand in the loading area.
  4. You may add indoor SFO meet-and-greet for $45. With this option, your chauffeur can await you inside with a name sign and help with luggage. If you choose standard curbside pickup instead, the vehicle comes to the terminal only after you are outdoors and prepared to board.

Your SFO arrival includes 60 complimentary minutes. That waiting allowance does not permit a vehicle to remain at the terminal curb.

SJC · San José International

  1. For a Luxury Sedan or Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV arrival at SJC, your chauffeur meets you inside the baggage-claim area of your arriving terminal with a sign displaying your name. This is an indoor greeting rather than curbside waiting, and it is included at no additional charge.
  2. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter groups meet at the Charter Service pickup booth for their arriving terminal. Use the Terminal A booth when your flight arrives at Terminal A and the Terminal B booth when it arrives at Terminal B. Your group and luggage should be together at the booth before the Sprinter is brought forward.

Share your flight number and passenger count when reserving so we confirm the correct terminal and meeting method.

OAK · Oakland International

Curbside pickup, Terminal 1 or 2

  1. Collect your bags and walk out to the Arrivals curb directly outside baggage claim.
  2. Text your chauffeur your terminal (1 or 2) and the door nearest your carousel.
  3. Look for your black vehicle with a chauffeur standing curbside; we handle luggage and any car seats you reserved.
  4. For meet-and-greet ($45), your chauffeur waits inside baggage claim with a name sign before walking you out.

Private aviation and FBO pickups are coordinated to your tail number — share it at booking.

Ready-to-arrive timing

When to Be Ready, What to Do on Arrival, and How We Handle Delays

For airport departures, your chauffeur arrives at the pickup address early and is ready at your requested pickup time. For arrivals, dispatch tracks your flight in real time and adjusts for early landings or delays — you do not need to update us if your flight moves.

Departures to SFO / SJC / OAK

  • Domestic flights: pickup 2 hours 45 minutes before scheduled departure.
  • International flights: pickup 3 hours 30 minutes before departure.
  • Peak commute hours (7–10 a.m., 3–7 p.m.): add 30 minutes.
  • Your chauffeur arrives 5–10 minutes early and is ready at your requested time.

Arrivals — complimentary wait time

  • Airport arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.
  • International arrivals: 60 minutes complimentary wait for customs and baggage.
  • Flight tracking is automatic — no need to notify us of delays.
  • Meet-and-greet: complimentary at SJC · $45 at SFO and OAK.
What to do on arrival

A quick five-step checklist for the moment you land.

  1. Turn on your phone. You will have a text from your chauffeur with their name, vehicle description and direct number.
  2. Collect your luggage. At SJC, the complimentary indoor greeting places your chauffeur at baggage claim. At SFO or OAK, request the $45 indoor option in advance if you want a name-sign welcome inside.
  3. Follow your confirmed meeting plan. At SJC, Sedan and SUV travelers remain inside baggage claim while Sprinter groups proceed to their terminal’s Charter Service booth. At SFO or OAK, text your chauffeur when everyone has collected their bags.
  4. For curbside arrivals, confirm your location. At SFO or OAK, walk to the specified meeting area and share the terminal, side or door requested in your confirmation.
  5. Meet your chauffeur. At SJC, look for your name sign inside baggage claim or meet at the Charter Service booth for a Sprinter. At SFO or OAK curbside, identify the confirmed black vehicle when it pulls into the loading area.

Cannot find your chauffeur?

Call (408) 461-8899 or text (408) 394-3575 — dispatch answers 24/7 and can put you on the phone with your chauffeur immediately.

Flight delays and cancellations

Your ride moves with your flight

Dispatch monitors your flight number from touchdown to gate arrival. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur's arrival time is adjusted automatically at no extra charge for reasonable delays. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, call or text dispatch as soon as you know your new itinerary so we can reassign the closest available vehicle and chauffeur.

  • Delays under two hours: your chauffeur is repositioned to the new landing time.
  • Delays over two hours or cancellations: we reassign the nearest available vehicle to protect your pickup.
  • Same-airport diversions: your chauffeur is redirected to your actual arrival terminal.
  • New flight number? Text it to dispatch and we begin tracking the replacement flight immediately.

Missed ride or no-show

If you miss your pickup window, we get you moving again

A missed ride is rare, but when it happens we act fast. After the complimentary wait window expires, your chauffeur will call and text you. If we cannot reach you, the ride is logged as a no-show. Contacting dispatch immediately lets us re-stage a vehicle and often cuts your wait to minutes instead of hours.

  • Call dispatch at (408) 461-8899 or text dispatch at (408) 394-3575 the moment you realize you missed the pickup.
  • Provide your name, original pickup location and new ready time so dispatch can locate the closest car.
  • Re-staging may incur a wait or reposition fee depending on distance and vehicle availability.
  • For arrivals, the safest fix is to text from the plane as soon as you know you are delayed.

24/7 dispatch contact

For delays, cancellations, missed rides or any change to your airport pickup, call the 24/7 line (408) 461-8899 anytime, text (408) 394-3575 anytime, or open WhatsApp. Dispatch is staffed around the clock and can conference you directly with your chauffeur.

How airport transfers run

Meet-and-Greet and Flight Tracking, Airport by Airport

Operational detail

The airport hub covers San Francisco International (SFO), Mineta San Jose International (SJC), Oakland International (OAK) and Monterey Regional (MRY). Each airport page documents the specific pickup and drop-off information for that facility — terminal-by-terminal drop lanes, baggage-claim meet locations, international-arrivals customs flow, FBO staging for private aviation and the domestic-versus-international meet-and-greet policy.

San Jose International (SJC) includes an indoor greeting at no extra charge. At San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK), you can request that service for $45. The SFO upgrade allows your chauffeur to remain inside with a name card; a standard curb pickup begins only after you are outdoors with your bags and ready to board.

Every airport reservation includes flight tracking from the moment the aircraft pushes back from the origin gate. Pickup times shift automatically with the actual arrival status, without a rebooking call for reasonable delays. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time; additional standby follows the confirmed reservation terms.

Airport meet-and-greet policy

San Jose Mineta International (SJC)

For a Luxury Sedan or Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV arrival at SJC, your chauffeur meets you inside the baggage-claim area of your arriving terminal with a sign displaying your name. This is an indoor greeting rather than curbside waiting, and it is included at no additional charge.

San Francisco International (SFO)

You may add indoor SFO meet-and-greet for $45. With this option, your chauffeur can await you inside with a name sign and help with luggage. If you choose standard curbside pickup instead, the vehicle comes to the terminal only after you are outdoors and prepared to board. SFO airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.

Oakland International (OAK)

Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.

To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
