- For a Luxury Sedan or Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV arrival at SJC, your chauffeur meets you inside the baggage-claim area of your arriving terminal with a sign displaying your name. This is an indoor greeting rather than curbside waiting, and it is included at no additional charge.
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter groups meet at the Charter Service pickup booth for their arriving terminal. Use the Terminal A booth when your flight arrives at Terminal A and the Terminal B booth when it arrives at Terminal B. Your group and luggage should be together at the booth before the Sprinter is brought forward.
- We monitor SJC arrivals in real time, so you do not need to call if your flight is only a few minutes late.
