Atlantic Aviation SJC is the second full-service FBO at Mineta San Jose International. It handles a large share of corporate jet traffic into Silicon Valley and is often your assigned FBO when Signature is at capacity or your operator has a fuel contract with Atlantic.

How pickups work at Atlantic Aviation SJC
Your pickup at Atlantic works the same way as any private-aviation trip with us. We confirm your tail number and wheels-down estimate, track your aircraft on ADS-B and check in with the Atlantic concierge so your chauffeur is on the ramp or in the lobby before you finish taxiing. When Atlantic clears ramp access, your chauffeur meets you at the aircraft door and takes bags straight from the belly; when it's not cleared, your chauffeur is inside with a name card and takes over from the crew in the lobby.
For your departure, your chauffeur is at Atlantic about forty-five minutes before your wheels-up. Bags are handed to the crew inside the FBO, and we hold the vehicle on-site until your aircraft is airborne — that way a taxi return doesn't leave you standing on the ramp.
When you book, tell us Atlantic (not Signature) if you already know your aircraft is assigned there. If you're not sure, share the tail number and we'll confirm the assigned FBO with your operator, so your chauffeur is at the right terminal — not just at the right airport.
Atlantic Aviation SJC is on the east side of the airport, off Airport Boulevard, with its own drive-in separate from Signature's. From Atlantic you're typically at a downtown San Jose or Santana Row address within 10-15 minutes, in Palo Alto or Menlo Park in 25-35 minutes off-peak, and in San Francisco in about an hour depending on 101.
Vehicle assignment follows the same logic as every private-aviation trip. A Lincoln Aviator for one to three of you with typical carry-on and checked bags. A Chevrolet Suburban LT for a family or a small team of up to six. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter when your passenger count, luggage volume or oversized bags call for it. Share the passenger count and rough bag volume when you book so we confirm the right vehicle in advance, not swap at the ramp.
Same-day FBO changes are common at SJC — your operator may reassign between Atlantic and Signature based on fuel contracts, parking or turnaround needs. As soon as your operator confirms the change, let us know and we'll reposition your chauffeur to the correct FBO at no change fee. We keep tracking the same tail number, so your wheels-down timing doesn't shift.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.

- The FBO fee structure is the same at Atlantic and Signature. Any parking or wait charges pass through at cost and are itemized on your receipt.

- How long is the drive from Atlantic SJC to downtown San Jose or Santana Row?
- Downtown San Jose is typically 10-15 minutes; Santana Row and Valley Fair are usually 15-20 minutes off-peak. Peninsula addresses are 25-45 minutes depending on the time of day on 101.
- Which vehicle should I book for a jet-load of six with rolling luggage?
- For six of you with full luggage, a Chevrolet Suburban LT is comfortable and matches the discretion of the arrival. For six with heavy or oversized bags — ski bags, sample cases, camera kits — a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a better fit. We confirm the choice with you against your manifest when you book.
