Private aviation transfers are staged from your tail number and wheels-down time, not a static pickup. The Premium Chauffeur monitors ADS-B data, coordinates with the FBO concierge and stages the vehicle on the ramp when authorized, or at the FBO lobby otherwise.

How this service runs
Private-aviation transfers are staged from the tail number and the wheels-down estimate, not from a static booking time. Once the reservation is confirmed dispatch subscribes to the ADS-B feed for the aircraft and coordinates with the FBO concierge on the ground, so the vehicle is ramp-side or in the FBO lobby before the aircraft finishes taxiing.
Ramp access depends on the FBO's authorization for the tail number that day. When ramp access is cleared the chauffeur meets the crew at the aircraft door, handles luggage transfer directly from the belly and departs without the party passing through the lobby. When ramp access is not cleared the chauffeur waits in the FBO lounge with a name card and takes over from crew at the lobby exit.
For departures the vehicle is staged at the FBO ahead of the crew-requested wheels-up-minus-forty-five window. Luggage is transferred to the crew, security and customs (on international departures) are cleared in the FBO, and the vehicle releases only after wheels-up is confirmed in case of a taxi return.

Do you meet on the ramp or in the lobby?
Both, when the FBO authorizes ramp access for your tail number. Otherwise the chauffeur waits in the FBO lobby with your name card.
Do you handle international private-aviation arrivals with customs?
Yes. International private arrivals into SFO, SJC or OAK use the FBO customs facility. Dispatch coordinates with the FBO for the customs slot and holds the vehicle without additional wait charges through processing.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
