How Venue Arrivals and Departures Work
Arrival guidance
Venue pages document the operational routes chauffeurs use to arrive at and depart from each stadium, arena and event venue. Drop-off point, black-car lane availability, pre-event dinner options, post-event pickup staging and return-route factors are documented so a first-time visitor to Levi's Stadium or Chase Center gets the same arrival experience as a season-subscriber client.
Post-event pickup is the hardest half of a venue reservation. The general parking exit at Levi's Stadium, Oracle Park and the Coliseum takes an hour or more to clear after a large event, so chauffeurs stage the vehicle one block clear of the venue perimeter on a pre-scouted side street with authorized standing and text the exact pickup point before the encore or the final whistle.
For groups the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the venue default — one vehicle for eleven to fourteen fans, one chauffeur, one return trip. For premium-seat and suite clients the Chevrolet Suburban LT is the standard because the vehicle uses the venue's premium arrival lane when authorized and stages the party at the correct executive entry gate.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
