Arrival and pickup detail
Levi's Stadium runs on a well-signed but heavily congested game-day traffic plan. The stadium's authorized black-car drop-off on Marie P. DeBartolo Way is the fastest way in when it is open for the event, and dispatch confirms availability the morning of the game. When it is not open we default to the Great America Parkway drop lane, which walks in under ten minutes to the north gates.
Tailgating is coordinated with the parking lot's ADA and pre-authorized lot permits. Suite and premium-seat clients arrive at the north VIP gate; general premium seating uses the south gate off Tasman Drive. Chauffeurs coordinate the drop-off with the seat entry so the group does not walk the perimeter of the stadium to reach the correct gate.
Post-game pickup is the harder half of the reservation. The general parking exit takes an hour or more to clear after a 49ers home game, so the chauffeur is staged one block off the perimeter on a pre-scouted side street with authorized standing. Dispatch texts the exact pickup location before the fourth quarter ends and confirms the walk from the correct exit gate.

Can you handle a Levi's Stadium concert as well as a 49ers game?
Yes. Levi's Stadium concerts and international soccer use the same access plan as 49ers games. Post-event pickup runs later than a football game, so dispatch stages the vehicle for the encore rather than the final whistle.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
