How Your SFO Airport Pickup Works, Step by Step
Your meeting point depends on the terminal and the vehicle you reserved. Sedans and SUVs load at designated domestic or international curbs, while Sprinters use airport courtyards. We identify the correct place in your confirmation. A $45 indoor greeting is available, but vehicles never hold at the terminal curb or on an airport roadway.
- Before you fly
Confirm the reservation with flight number, airline, terminal, passenger count, luggage count and any car-seat requests. You will receive a written confirmation with the named chauffeur, vehicle description and 24-hour dispatch contact.
- En route to SFO
We follow the flight status from its departure airport and adjust your chauffeur's timing around the reported arrival. You do not need to contact us simply because the airline posts a normal delay.
- After you land
Arriving on a domestic flight in a sedan or SUV? Collect your bags first, continue to the arrivals level, and call or text us with the terminal and door number where you are standing. Once you and your luggage are outside, your chauffeur will pull forward to that curb. SFO allows active loading there, not parked waiting.
- International arrivals
After an international arrival, clear customs and take all your luggage outside through Door 2 or Door 3 on either the A side or G side. Use the white-striped limousine section at curbside; the former International Terminal Center Island limousine zone is no longer the pickup point. Tell us your side and door once everyone is outside. Your sedan or SUV is called forward only when your full party is ready, since the vehicle may stop long enough to load but may not remain curbside.
- Sprinter arrivals
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter pickups use SFO's bus courtyards: Courtyard A or G at the International Terminal, according to your arrival side; Courtyard 1 at Terminal 1; and Courtyard 3 for Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Airport staff may move a Terminal 3 pickup to Courtyard 4. Please gather everyone and every bag at the confirmed courtyard before we call the Sprinter forward, because it cannot stand in the loading area.
- Private aviation
For FBO arrivals, provide the tail number and operator. The chauffeur meets the aircraft on the ramp at Signature Aviation SFO, timed to wheels-down.

Point-to-point transfer rates depend on destination city and party size. Hourly rates apply the Silicon Valley five-hour minimum and are billed in 30-minute increments after that. SFO Meet-and-Greet — When to Choose It and What It Costs
Curbside pickup — included
Standard sedan and SUV pickup is included. Once everyone has reached the assigned domestic door or the international white-striped limousine area with all bags, call or text us. Your chauffeur then enters the terminal lane for loading rather than waiting there in advance.
Baggage-claim meet-and-greet — $45
You may add indoor SFO meet-and-greet for $45. With this option, your chauffeur can await you inside with a name sign and help with luggage. If you choose standard curbside pickup instead, the vehicle comes to the terminal only after you are outdoors and prepared to board. It is useful when you prefer personal assistance inside the terminal instead of arranging the final curb meeting by phone.
Meet-and-greet at San José Mineta International (SJC) is provided at no additional charge. Meet-and-greet at Oakland International (OAK) is $45. Request either service when booking so the arrival plan is included in your confirmation.
SFO Timing, Tolls and Cancellation Policy in Plain Language
- Your SFO arrival includes a 60-minute complimentary waiting window. If you need more time, the additional standby charge follows the terms confirmed with your reservation.
- Standby beyond the grace window is billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate for the reserved vehicle. Extended tarmac holds are always disclosed before the meter starts.
- Bridge and airport tolls (Bay Bridge, San Mateo Bridge, SFO parking gate for meet-and-greet) are passed through at cost with the receipt itemized on the final invoice.
- Cancellations more than three hours before the scheduled pickup are refunded in full. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the reserved rate; see our cancellation policy for full terms.
- Child seats — rear-facing infant, forward-facing convertible and belt-positioning booster — are included at no charge when requested at booking.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
For a Luxury Sedan or Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV arrival at SJC, your chauffeur meets you inside the baggage-claim area of your arriving terminal with a sign displaying your name. This is an indoor greeting rather than curbside waiting, and it is included at no additional charge. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter groups meet at the Charter Service pickup booth for their arriving terminal. Use the Terminal A booth when your flight arrives at Terminal A and the Terminal B booth when it arrives at Terminal B. Your group and luggage should be together at the booth before the Sprinter is brought forward.
San Francisco International (SFO)
You may add indoor SFO meet-and-greet for $45. With this option, your chauffeur can await you inside with a name sign and help with luggage. If you choose standard curbside pickup instead, the vehicle comes to the terminal only after you are outdoors and prepared to board. SFO airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.

Hourly rates are $130 for a Luxury Sedan, $150 for a Suburban LT SUV up to 6 passengers, and $175, $200 or $225 for a Sprinter Van configured for up to 6, 7–10 or 11–14 passengers. Every hourly tier requires a five-hour minimum.
- Do you monitor flight arrivals in real time?
- Yes. We follow the flight number from departure through arrival and adjust the planned pickup when the aircraft runs early or late. Ordinary schedule changes do not require a new reservation. If an unusually long delay extends beyond the included waiting window, we explain any standby charge under your confirmed terms.
