Fleet philosophy

How We Choose the Right Vehicle

Selection guidance

The fleet is three vehicles by design. Rather than list a dozen makes and models — some of which would rarely dispatch — we operate the Lincoln Aviator, the Chevrolet Suburban LT and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and maintain each vehicle to a standard that lets a reservation dispatch reliably to any unit in the fleet. Every vehicle is black exterior, black leather interior and detailed between reservations.

Vehicle selection is driven by three factors: how many people, how much luggage and how long the day is. One to three passengers with three or fewer bags book the Aviator; four to six passengers or heavier luggage loads book the Suburban; groups of seven to fourteen book the Sprinter in the correct passenger tier. Dispatch confirms the vehicle at the time of booking.

Amenities on every vehicle: complimentary bottled water, phone chargers, individual climate control, quiet cabin acoustics, uniformed chauffeur in black attire and doors opened at every stop. Child car seats and booster seats are provided free at booking on any vehicle when the child's age or weight is noted at reservation.

Between reservations each vehicle is inspected, refueled, exterior-washed and interior-detailed with fresh floor mats and cold water restocked in the console. Preventive maintenance and safety inspections are scheduled ahead of factory intervals so a road failure in the middle of a client-dinner reservation is not a possibility that dispatch has to plan around. Insurance, CA PUC TCP #46320-B carrier permitting and vehicle registrations are current on every unit in the fleet.

Lincoln Aviator luxury midsize SUV

One to three riders with up to three standard bags travel most comfortably in the Aviator — the discreet sedan-class option for executive airport runs and client dinners.

Alternate: Chevrolet Suburban LT If a fourth person joins or you need more than three standard bags, move up to the Suburban LT.

Passenger and luggage capacity must be confirmed together. Actual capacity depends on bag dimensions, seating configuration, child seats and accessibility requirements.

Suburban LT or Sprinter (up to 6)?

Choose the Chevrolet Suburban LT for a lower, sedan-style ride with a discreet SUV profile — the default for executive transfers, dinners and airport runs. Choose the up-to-six Mercedes-Benz Sprinter when the group wants stand-up cabin height, extra luggage room, or a working table between seats.

Between two Sprinter tiers?

The 7-to-10 Sprinter is right for most mid-size groups; the 11-to-14 Sprinter is the correct choice as soon as any leg of the trip carries eleven or more riders. Booking the larger tier avoids splitting the party across two vehicles later in the itinerary.
