Every service uses the same three-vehicle fleet — the Lincoln Aviator luxury SUV, the Chevrolet Suburban LT full-size SUV and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter passenger van — with vehicle selection driven by passenger count, luggage load and the length of the day rather than by the service name. Dispatch will suggest the vehicle when the reservation is placed.
Corporate accounts consolidate every service under one billing entity, which matters most for travel managers who book across categories in the same month: a client dinner on Tuesday, an airport transfer on Wednesday, an offsite on Thursday and a Sprinter for a delegation on Friday all appear on one reconciled statement. Individual reservations are settled by card and do not require an account.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
Airport fees, pickup procedures, amenities and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of reservation. Child seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. - Yes. Hourly service has a five-hour minimum in Silicon Valley, then 30-minute increments. Indicative rates: Lincoln Aviator from $130/hr, Chevrolet Suburban LT from $150/hr, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from $175/hr. Passenger and luggage capacity are confirmed at reservation.

- Yes. Arrivals and departures at Signature Aviation SJC and SFO, Atlantic Aviation SJC and Signature Aviation Oakland are staged to your tail number and wheels-down time, with ramp coordination where the FBO permits.
- Which vehicles are available for individuals and groups?
