How this vehicle dispatches
The Chevrolet Suburban LT is the fleet's default vehicle for four to six passengers with full-size checked luggage. It replaces the older stretch limousines that used to handle groups of six because it is more reliable, easier to park, and does not draw the attention that a stretch does at a business restaurant or a hotel drop.
Airport-transfer suitability is where the Suburban earns its slot in the fleet. Six passengers with six standard checked bags fit without stacking, and a seventh or eighth passenger with hand luggage is comfortable for short transfers. Families travelling to Napa, Monterey or a home football game with luggage or golf clubs almost always end up in the Suburban.
For premium-seat and suite arrivals at Levi's Stadium, Chase Center or Oracle Park the Suburban is the executive-team vehicle — the chauffeur uses the venue's black-car access when authorized, and the vehicle is held on hourly reservations for the post-event pickup so no one hunts for a rideshare.

How many bags does the Suburban LT hold?
Up to six standard checked bags plus carry-ons for six passengers. For groups with more bags or larger equipment, the Sprinter van's rear cargo area is the better fit.
Is the Suburban LT priced hourly?
Hourly Suburban LT bookings are $150 per hour with a five-hour minimum in Silicon Valley. Point-to-point pricing is quoted per trip through our online booking page.
Can the Suburban carry a full golf-clubs load for a Pebble Beach weekend?
Yes. Four to five sets of clubs plus soft-side luggage fits in the rear cargo area. Six sets plus checked luggage moves into the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for the extra cargo space.
Is a Suburban LT hourly at the same rate as an Aviator?
No. Suburban LT hourly is $150 per hour with a five-hour minimum in Silicon Valley; Aviator hourly is $130 per hour with the same minimum. The vehicles are priced by capacity and cargo, not by trim.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
