How this vehicle dispatches
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the fleet's group vehicle for eleven to fourteen passengers. It replaces the older stretch limousines and the party buses that used to handle wedding parties and corporate delegations, and it does so with quieter acoustics, individual captain's chairs, USB charging at each seat and rear cargo space sized for full-group luggage.
Configuration matters — we run Sprinters in 6-passenger, 8-to-10 passenger and 11-to-14 passenger builds, each with its own hourly tier ($175, $200 and $225 respectively) and a five-hour Silicon Valley minimum. The right configuration is set by the passenger count on the reservation, not upgraded on the day of the ride, because Sprinter availability is tight during peak wedding and convention weeks.
For wedding-party, prom, wine-tour and convention shuttle bookings the Sprinter is the default vehicle because it keeps the group in one vehicle rather than splitting across two or three sedans that have to coordinate arrival timing. For airport transfers it carries a full extended-family flight from SFO, SJC or OAK straight to the destination without a support vehicle.

What are the Sprinter hourly rates and minimums?
Sprinter hourly rates start at $175/hr for up to 6 passengers, $200/hr for 7–10 passengers and $225/hr for 11–14 passengers, each with a five-hour minimum in Silicon Valley.
Can the Sprinter handle wedding-party transportation?
Yes. The Sprinter is our default wedding-party and guest-shuttle vehicle, coordinated with the ceremony and reception timeline your planner sets.
Does the Sprinter have accessible entry?
The standard Sprinter uses a low retractable step at the side door. For guests requiring lift or ramp access, note the requirement at booking and dispatch will confirm accessible availability for the date.
Can we serve refreshments in the Sprinter for a wedding party?
Non-alcoholic setups (bottled water, soft drinks, snacks) are permitted and can be arranged by dispatch on request. Alcohol is permitted only where every passenger is of legal age, in accordance with California law, and never on prom or graduation reservations.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
