How this vehicle dispatches
The Lincoln Aviator is the default vehicle for one to three passengers because it does the thing an executive vehicle is supposed to do — arrive quietly, absorb road noise, and let a phone call in the back seat continue without leaking into the front. The cabin acoustics matter more than the badge on the grille, which is why the Aviator has replaced older Town Car sedans on the corporate side of the fleet.
Airport-transfer suitability is the Aviator's other core case. Three checked bags and three carry-ons fit without stacking, and low step-in makes the vehicle appropriate for older or mobility-conscious passengers. On international arrivals into SFO the chauffeur meets the party inside at baggage claim on request, and the vehicle is staged short-term parking clear of the arrivals-curb rush.
For hosted client visits and dinner rides the Aviator is booked hourly so the vehicle waits at the restaurant. Complimentary bottled water and phone chargers are on board, and the interior is detailed between reservations so the vehicle presents at every pickup as if it were the first ride of the day.

How many passengers fit in the Lincoln Aviator?
Up to three passengers in comfort. For four or more, or for groups with more than three checked bags, the Chevrolet Suburban LT is the right upgrade.
Is the Aviator suitable for airport transfers?
Yes. It's our most-booked airport vehicle — quiet cabin for a rested arrival, three bags of luggage capacity and a chauffeur who meets you inside at SFO, SJC or OAK on international arrivals when requested.
Is the Aviator suitable for a hosted client meeting in the back seat?
For short meetings between stops, yes. The rear seat is quiet and the second row is comfortable for two, but longer working sessions or a laptop-open meeting are better booked into the Chevrolet Suburban LT for the extra cabin room.
Do you provide a car seat or booster seat with the Aviator?
Yes. Rear-facing infant, forward-facing toddler and booster seats are provided free at booking. Note the child's age or weight when reserving so dispatch selects the correct seat.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
