How this service runs

Hourly chauffeur service is the right fit whenever the itinerary is not two fixed points on a map. Real-estate showings, private-equity diligence weeks, film shoots, family visits with a schedule that flexes, campus tours and long dinner-plus-drinks evenings all book better hourly than point-to-point, because the same chauffeur stays with the group and the vehicle is never released between stops.

The five-hour Silicon Valley minimum reflects how the service is used in practice: five hours is enough for a full diligence morning plus lunch, a school-tour day, or a dinner-and-event evening with return. Every hour beyond the minimum is billed in 30-minute increments, so a five-hour-thirty-minute day is billed for five and a half hours rather than rounded up to six.

For hourly Sprinter bookings the tier is set by the passenger count on the reservation — 6-passenger, 8-to-10 passenger and 11-to-14 passenger — and the vehicle is configured to match. Upgrading tiers on the day of the ride depends on Sprinter availability and is not guaranteed, so groups that may grow should book the higher tier at the outset.

Plan an hourly day
  • Draft a rough itinerary — even bullet points help dispatch pre-plan parking and staging
  • Share ceremony, meeting or tour timing windows so drive time can be back-solved
  • Note dinner or event drop-off addresses to reserve valet holds where available
  • Confirm the closing time of the last stop so the return leg is scheduled, not guessed
