How this service runs
Special-event transportation is booked around the entrance and the exit, because both make or break the evening. Drop-off is staged in the venue's authorized black-car lane when available (Chase Center, Levi's Stadium and Oracle Park all support one) so guests step out of the vehicle at the door rather than at the far end of a parking lot.
The vehicle is held at the venue on hourly bookings so no one hunts for a rideshare when the show ends. Dispatch texts the exact post-event pickup location before the encore or the final whistle, and stages the vehicle clear of the general exit crush — usually one block off the venue perimeter on a side street with authorized standing.
For groups the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries the full party in one vehicle, one chauffeur and one return trip. Season-ticket holders and suite clients keep a preferred chauffeur across the season on request, and pre-event dinner stops in walking distance of the venue are coordinated with the restaurant valet.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
For a Luxury Sedan or Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV arrival at SJC, your chauffeur meets you inside the baggage-claim area of your arriving terminal with a sign displaying your name. This is an indoor greeting rather than curbside waiting, and it is included at no additional charge. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter groups meet at the Charter Service pickup booth for their arriving terminal. Use the Terminal A booth when your flight arrives at Terminal A and the Terminal B booth when it arrives at Terminal B. Your group and luggage should be together at the booth before the Sprinter is brought forward.
San Francisco International (SFO)
You may add indoor SFO meet-and-greet for $45. With this option, your chauffeur can await you inside with a name sign and help with luggage. If you choose standard curbside pickup instead, the vehicle comes to the terminal only after you are outdoors and prepared to board. SFO airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
