Chauffeur Service for Bay Area Business Meetings and Client Dinners

Booked through executive assistants and hosted by principals, business-meeting transportation is where the ride has to disappear. A Lincoln Aviator or Chevrolet Suburban LT arrives quietly, the chauffeur opens the door at every stop and the conversation in the back is protected by a silent-mode ride.

How this occasion runs

Client-dinner transportation is the classic hourly-black-car booking: the chauffeur collects the host and guest, waits at the restaurant through dinner and returns the party home or to the hotel. The Lincoln Aviator is the default vehicle because the cabin stays quiet enough to keep the conversation between courses continuing on the ride home rather than cut off by an intrusive driver.

For hosted client visits from out of town, the visiting executive is usually met at SFO, SJC or OAK, checked into the hotel and taken to dinner in a single hourly reservation. Dispatch confirms the restaurant valet arrangement before the pickup so the vehicle is staged for departure without the host asking for it, which reads as polished rather than fussy to the guest.

Board dinners with six or eight attendees move into the Chevrolet Suburban LT. Longer conversations across the Bay to Napa or the Peninsula, or an event that runs late enough that a driving executive would not want to drive back, both weigh toward hourly rather than point-to-point.

FAQs

Business Meetings & Client Dinners — Questions Clients Ask

Should we book point-to-point or hourly for a client dinner?

If the chauffeur waits at the restaurant and returns you afterwards, hourly service is the right fit. A single drop-off with no return uses point-to-point.

Can the same chauffeur handle a two-day visit?

Yes. Visiting executives are matched with a single chauffeur across the visit whenever hours-of-service rules allow, so the client sees a familiar face at every pickup.

Can the chauffeur wait at the restaurant during a long dinner?

Yes. Hourly service is designed for it — the chauffeur waits at the restaurant, holds the vehicle in the valet area and returns the party home when dinner ends. The vehicle is not released between stops.
