Silicon Valley Corporate Transportation for Executives and Visiting Teams

We work with executive assistants, chiefs of staff and travel managers across Silicon Valley. Corporate accounts receive a dedicated dispatch contact, consolidated monthly billing, standard confirmation templates and duty-of-care reporting on every ride.

What we deliver

Corporate Transportation — details of the ride

  • Named-account billing with monthly reconciled statements
  • Executive-assistant portal support for multi-passenger itineraries
  • COI (certificate of insurance) provided on request
  • Standing reservations for regular office-to-airport runs
  • Roadshow, board-meeting and offsite coordination in one thread
How this service runs

Corporate accounts are opened directly with executive assistants, travel managers and chiefs of staff. Once the account is set up the booking process is a single thread — one email or one phone call per reservation, with confirmations returned to both the booker and the traveller on the same message so nothing is lost between calendars.

Monthly invoicing consolidates every ride under one purchase order or account code, with ride-level detail exported to Concur, Ramp, Brex or a plain CSV on request. A certificate of insurance naming the client company is available before the first booking, along with W-9 and TCP #46320-B carrier permits for procurement teams that require them.

Duty-of-care reporting — pickup and drop-off timestamps, chauffeur name, license number and any deviations from the confirmed itinerary — is available for every traveller on request, which matters for security-conscious travel teams booking executives into unfamiliar cities.

FAQs

Corporate Transportation — Questions Clients Ask

Can our EA book on behalf of the executive?

Yes. Every corporate account supports third-party bookings by executive assistants, with confirmations sent to both the assistant and the traveler.

Do you support monthly billing and expense integration?

Yes. We invoice monthly against a purchase-order or account code and can export ride-level detail for expense platforms.

How do I open a corporate account?

Email blackchauffeurlimo@gmail.com from a company address with the billing entity, W-9 recipient and expected monthly volume. Accounts are typically opened within one business day, and the first reservation can be placed the same day for cash-basis billing.

Airport meet-and-greet policy

San Jose Mineta International (SJC)

For a Luxury Sedan or Chevrolet Suburban LT SUV arrival at SJC, your chauffeur meets you inside the baggage-claim area of your arriving terminal with a sign displaying your name. This is an indoor greeting rather than curbside waiting, and it is included at no additional charge. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter groups meet at the Charter Service pickup booth for their arriving terminal. Use the Terminal A booth when your flight arrives at Terminal A and the Terminal B booth when it arrives at Terminal B. Your group and luggage should be together at the booth before the Sprinter is brought forward.

San Francisco International (SFO)

You may add indoor SFO meet-and-greet for $45. With this option, your chauffeur can await you inside with a name sign and help with luggage. If you choose standard curbside pickup instead, the vehicle comes to the terminal only after you are outdoors and prepared to board. SFO airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.

Oakland International (OAK)

Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.

To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
