Airport strategy
SFO is the primary airport at roughly 90 to 120 minutes from downtown Napa, extending during peak Bay Area traffic. OAK is competitive for East Bay carriers and shortens the drive slightly. SJC is used only when a specific southbound itinerary makes it necessary.

How long is the drive from SFO to downtown Napa?
Downtown Napa is roughly 55 miles from SFO, typically 90 to 120 minutes off-peak. We add a buffer during evening peak and holiday weekends when 101 North and the 37/29 corridor congest.
Do you book the wineries for us?
We aren't a tour operator, so you book tastings directly with each winery. Share the tasting list at reservation so we confirm arrival times, drive durations and any wait windows between estates.
Which vehicle fits a six-guest winery day?
A Chevrolet Suburban LT is the usual choice — up to six passengers with dinner-out attire and a light day-bag load. For eight to fourteen guests, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the correct configuration.
Do you handle Napa wedding-day transportation?
Yes. Wedding coverage typically combines a Suburban LT for the couple with one or more Sprinters for the wedding party and guest shuttles. We coordinate staging with the venue.
Do you support private aviation at Napa County Airport?

Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
