Convention weeks are booked as a delegation manifest rather than individual rides. A single dispatch contact receives every arrival flight, every hotel assignment, every session or sponsor obligation and every return flight, then builds the vehicle schedule that meets it — sedans for keynote speakers, Suburbans for executive teams and Sprinter vans for continuous hotel-to-venue shuttles.
Moscone Center, the San Jose McEnery Convention Center and the Santa Clara Convention Center each have their own black-car access, loading-dock speaker entrances and outbound staging. Chauffeurs know the venue-side protocols and coordinate with venue security to pre-clear back-entry drop-off for keynote speakers when the program requires it.
Sponsor evening events — private dinners, invite-only receptions, sponsor suites at sport venues — are the busiest slots of the week. Dispatch pre-blocks the vehicles for those windows before the show floor closes, so an ask for a Sprinter at 6:30 pm during the final session block is fulfilled rather than declined.

Can you run continuous hotel-to-venue shuttles during a convention?
Yes. Sprinter vans run scheduled loops between the headquarters hotel and the venue during session breaks, coordinated to your program schedule and staffed with one dispatch contact for the delegation.

Child car seats on request
Rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing convertible seats and booster seats can be installed before pickup when requested in advance. Please share your child’s age, height and weight at booking. Parents or guardians should confirm that the selected seat and installation meet their child’s requirements. Accommodation of multiple seats depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and seat availability at the time of reservation.
Airport meet-and-greet policy
San Jose Mineta International (SJC)
Complimentary meet-and-greet chauffeur service is included at SJC. Curbside pickup is permitted at Terminal A and Terminal B, and your chauffeur can also greet you inside baggage claim on request. No additional fee.
San Francisco International (SFO)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at SFO for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur waits with a personalized signboard at the arrivals level of your terminal (International A/G or domestic 1, 2 or 3) and assists with luggage to the vehicle at the designated limo pickup area.
Oakland International (OAK)
Meet-and-greet is available on request at OAK for a $45 add-on. Your chauffeur meets you inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 baggage claim with a signboard and escorts you to the vehicle. Please request meet-and-greet when booking so we can dispatch early and clear parking.
To add meet-and-greet at SFO or OAK, note “Meet-and-greet requested” in the booking form or reply to your confirmation email. SJC meet-and-greet is automatically included at no charge.
