Do you keep the same chauffeur across the roadshow?
Yes. Roadshow bookings hold one chauffeur across the sequence whenever hours-of-service rules allow.

Roadshows are booked as one itinerary and dispatched by one team. Whether it is a Sand Hill Road capital raise, a Silicon Valley diligence week or a multi-city coast run, we hold a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle for the full sequence.
Roadshows are booked as one continuous itinerary rather than a sequence of point-to-point rides. The banker or IR team sends the meeting list — company, address, host name and meeting window — and dispatch back-solves the driving plan, parking, restroom breaks and buffer time between meetings so the last slot of the day is not chasing a missed 4 pm.
Sand Hill Road capital-raise roadshows are the most demanding because addresses are close together, parking is tight and each firm has a different visitor procedure. Chauffeurs know the reception protocols at the largest firms and stage the vehicle in the correct visitor spot rather than the fire lane, which keeps the executive from walking an extra block between meetings.
Roadshow vehicles are held for the full sequence — the same Aviator or Suburban stays with the team from the first meeting to the last — and dispatch prepositions a support Suburban when a parallel team is running a second track. Wi-Fi, phone chargers and quiet acoustics in the cabin let the executive move directly from a call in the back seat into the next meeting.
Do you keep the same chauffeur across the roadshow?
Yes. Roadshow bookings hold one chauffeur across the sequence whenever hours-of-service rules allow.
Can you support a two-team roadshow?
Yes. Parallel vehicles are coordinated as one itinerary so the two teams share timing without cross-booking.
Can we adjust the roadshow schedule day-of?
Yes. Roadshow itineraries change constantly — meetings run long, new meetings drop in, and dinners move. Dispatch replans in real time, and the same chauffeur stays with the team so no context is lost between changes.
