Can we visit two campuses in one day?
Yes. A Stanford morning and a Santa Clara or San José State afternoon is a common itinerary, held as one hourly booking with a single chauffeur.

University visits are booked around fixed appointment windows — admissions interviews, campus tours, athletic recruiting and move-in day. We coordinate airport arrivals, hotel pickups and multi-campus days as one itinerary so families spend the day on campus rather than in traffic.
University visits are almost always calendar-driven. Admissions interviews, campus tours, athletic-recruit weekends and move-in day all sit in fixed windows, and losing one hour to a rideshare cancellation on the way from SFO to Stanford is not a recoverable delay. Chauffeur-booked transportation removes that failure mode.
Multi-campus days are common — a Stanford morning tour and a Santa Clara University or San José State afternoon is a standard family itinerary, held as a single hourly booking with the chauffeur staying through both visits. UC Santa Cruz adds a longer drive over Highway 17 and is booked with earlier pickup to allow for coastal fog and weekend traffic.
Move-in weekend runs almost always use the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — dorm gear, checked luggage from an airport arrival and a full family in one vehicle from SFO, SJC or OAK straight to the residence hall. Chauffeurs assist with unloading at the curb and can hold at the dorm for a return trip to the hotel.

Do you handle move-in day?
Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries the family plus dorm gear from SFO, SJC or OAK straight to campus, with the chauffeur assisting at the residence hall.
Do you handle Stanford Admit Weekend and Family Weekend?
Yes. Admit Weekend and Family Weekend are our busiest Stanford dates and book far in advance. Reserve as early as the university publishes the event dates to hold a Sprinter or Suburban for the family.
