Do you coordinate with our wedding planner?
Yes. We share the confirmed itinerary directly with your planner and photographer, and dispatch a single contact number for the day.

Wedding-day transportation is coordinated in writing with your planner and photographer weeks ahead of the date. The couple and wedding party are staged separately from visiting family so no one is standing at the curb, and vehicles are held on-site between ceremony, photos and reception.
Wedding-day transportation is planned in writing with the couple's planner or coordinator weeks before the date. A wedding-day timeline lists ceremony call time, photograph windows, cocktail hour, reception seating and the exit — every vehicle is pre-blocked against that timeline so no leg of the day depends on a same-day booking.
The wedding-party Sprinter or Suburban is held on-site between the ceremony and the reception so the party is not waiting for the vehicle to return. The couple's getaway sedan is staged discreetly for the exit, usually at a side entrance so the moment is photographed rather than a taxi-line moment at the front door.
Family Suburbans handle parents, grandparents and out-of-town relatives with luggage, and next-morning departures to SFO, SJC or OAK for out-of-town guests are booked as part of the wedding weekend rather than as individual rides. Rehearsal-dinner and welcome-party transportation the evening before uses the same chauffeur roster whenever possible for continuity.
Do you coordinate with our wedding planner?
Yes. We share the confirmed itinerary directly with your planner and photographer, and dispatch a single contact number for the day.
Can we book multiple vehicles for the wedding party?
Yes. A Sprinter van for the wedding party plus a Suburban for family, plus a getaway sedan for the couple is our most-booked wedding format.
How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?
Six to nine months in advance for peak Napa, Sonoma and Half Moon Bay wedding dates; three to four months for weekday and shoulder-season dates. Late bookings are honored when a Sprinter is available but should not be assumed.
